Our return Policy:

Every product you purchase at Sik and Twisted .com has a 30-Day Return Policy. After receiving you product please take the time to examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order, simply fill out the return/exchange sheet enclosed with your order and mail the unwanted product to the address on listed on the return slip
Once we receive the returned product and receipt, Sik and Twisted.com will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less appropriate costs for shipping and handling - NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
All products must be returned in good condition, and with all paperwork and accessories, etc. so as to insure full credit the credit or refund.
NOTE: When shipping products back to Sik and Twisted.com, our customers should try to use same shipper as when the product was delivered, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping.
